Rookery Barn is a stunning Grade 2 listed property situated in the Norfolk village of Ingham. Built of brick and flint, it stands in a lovely walled, landscaped garden, adjacent to a pretty wood, and offering an idyllic haven of peace. It is run by Tony and Lynda Richardson, who have considerable experience of catering and hospitality as well as an intimate knowledge of Norfolk. Previously, Tony was a Navy and commercial pilot, Himalayan trekking guide and professional photographer.
There is an abundance of character throughout the property, and both letting rooms are furnished and equipped to the highest standards. These are: PEBBLES. Ground floor double room, exposed brick and flint walls, luxury en-suite bathroom with spacious double shower cubicle,king size bed and private patio complete with garden fumiture.Breakfast may be taken here during the summer months. DRIFTWOOD. First floor double or twin bedded room with a wealth of exposed timbers. Luxury private bathroom immediately next door, with a continental roll top bath and integral shower.
Both rooms have the following: * Flatscreen TV. * Tea and coffee making facilities with fresh milk. * Generous hospitality tray. * Fresh fruit basket * Radio clock alarm. * Hairdrier. * Quality towels and accessories. In addition, a refrigerator is provided in the dining room for the exclusive use of guests, in order that picnic items and wine may be chilled. *Complimentary tea and biscuits are served on arrival. * A varied breakfast menu is offered, including vegetarian choice, using quality local produce. * A light supper is available by prior arrangement |

We offer ample off road parking, and secure, covered storage for bicycles.
